Doris is Chief IDEAS Officer (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Access Strategies) at The Philadelphia Orchestra and Ensemble Arts, where she also serves as Head of Government Relations. She is also the Chair and Immediate Past President of the Association of Fundraising Professionals - Greater Philadelphia Chapter. As a member of the executive leadership team, Doris is a strategic partner in shaping the organization's internal culture, fostering shared accountability across departments, and centering community engagement in all aspects of the work.
